                                     IDENTITY CARD POLICY

Objective
To support the employee’s identity within the organisation

This covers all the employees under Pandit Ventures Pvt Ltd

Process for Identity Card

• An employee gets the Identity card along with LanYard within 15 days of 
joining
• The identity cards serves dual purpose for the employee within the organisation
    
1. Shows the identity of the employee for the organisation
2. Supports the attendance management system within the organisation

Loss/Damage of Identity card

• If an employee loses the identity card , then with a fine of INR 100 a new 
identity card is given to the employee
• If the identity card is damaged, then a fine of Rs. 100 is charged and a new 
identity card is given to the employee
