Standard rules for creating the roster

24 hours should be covered, one hour gap in the morning can be acceptable
We do not need the entire team to work on Mondays
There should be 3 agents on Saturday including night shift (once HCL go live we would need more agents
The roster should be based on the tasks and responsibilities of agents
Everyone should get 2 consecutive days off
We would need the entire team on Thursdays as we have support meeting and availability of the agents o
Night shift should be rotational on weekly basis
Weekend week offs should be rotational
The week off requests can raise two weeks before and the first person who requests will be granted the s
