1.Whole production line capacity: 600000-3000000 pcs/8h.
2.10 sets machine,can make 600000-800000 pcs/8h,people need: 5-7.
3.16 sets make two ends sharp or 17 sets make one end sharp one end carve,can produce
3000000pcs/8h,people need: 8-11.
4.Toothpick:2mm-diameter,65mm-length
5.Technological process:Sawing the bamboo-Split the bamboo-Fixed thickness and width of
bamboo strips-Bamboo filament shaping-Bamboo filament set-size - Toothpick set-size - Polish
the toothpick-Put the toothpick in order-Sharpen the toothpick-Pack the toothpick,add one set of
blade sharped machine
6.Toothpick packing machine is optional,you don't have to buy if no need.
7.The complete equipments consist of 10-17 machines, some of them are optional according to
your actual situation. You can make two different kinds of toothpicks: one-end-sharp and two-
end-sharp. You can make one of them just change the 9-2# machine only!
