INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING FILLING OUT SUKKUR IBA UNIVERSITY STHP ADMISSION FORM:
1. Write required details exactly as they appear in your academic records, do not use abbreviations.
2. Incomplete, ineligible or improperly filled admission form shall not be processed.
3. Read the form carefully and attach all the required documents with STHP Admission Form. (See Page # 2).
4. Affix one recent passport size colour photograph with glue and other three attached.

For BS (Hons):
Candidates must have Intermediate/F.Sc. with minimum 50% marks qualified in annual examination.
Students must have completed their Intermediate from any School/College in the years 2016, 2017 and 2018
Must have Domicile of Sindh province
Selection will be made on merit-cum-poverty basis
