CFCST Justification Re ACEF Scholarship

Dear Sir:

Greetings of peace from the Cotabato Foundation College of Science and Technology!

This is in connection with the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the


Department of Agriculture (DA) pertaining to the DA-ACEF Scholarship Program in
CFCST.

Anent this, the undersigned would like to inform your good office that Dr. Zainudin M.
Adam was the one who signed in the MOA in behalf of the Foundation College since he
is now the Officer-In-Charge of CFCST pursuant to Board Resolution No. 003, s. 2018 and
Board Resolution No. 009, s. 2018. Moreover, as an OIC, he has been granted by the
CFCST Board of Trustees to sign MOAs in behalf of the Foundation College subject to its
approval.

I am hoping that this justification will be given due consideration so that the said MOA
will finally be implemented for the benefit of our students. Thank you and more power!
