2. Familiarize with the function and uses of different mixing, measuring and cutting tools.
3. Demonstrate the uses of each tools

B. Motivation

“NAME THAT PICTURE”

The teacher will show pictures of different mixing, measuring and cutting tools, Let the
student identify the name of each tool.

GUIDE QUESTIONS:
1. Are you familiar with those tools?
2. How do we classify those tools?

C. Lesson Proper

The teacher will group the students into three.


Group 1 will list down the different mixing tools and its function, group 2 will list down
the different measuring tools and 3 will enumerate different cutting tools and its function.
Ten minutes will be allocated for this activity. After the activity each group representative
will present their group output in front of the class.

D. Application

With the same group in the previous activity.

Group 1 - create a jingle demostrating the different mixing tools


Group 2 - create a presentation “ala cooking show” to demonstate
the different cutting tools
Group 3 - create a short dance presentation using the different
mixing tools

E. Generalization
 What are the different mixing tools?

 Enumerate the different cutting tools.

 Give the different measuring tools.

IV. EVALUATION

Short quiz:
Identify the names of the pictures presented on the screen.

V. ASSIGNMENT

Create a scrap book of different baking tools and its function.
