YUVARAJ CONSTRUCTION

This Construction Agreement (the “Agreement” or “Consulting Agreement”) states the terms and conditions
that govern the contractual agreement Yuvaraj Construction having its principal place of business at [Client
address], and (the “Client”) who agrees to be bound by this Agreement.

WHEREAS, the Client offers construction services in the field of House Construction; and

WHEREAS, the Client desires to retain the services of the Builder to render services with regard to Scope of
services according to the terms and conditions herein.

NOW, THEREFORE, In consideration of the mutual covenants and promises made by the parties hereto, the
Builder and the Client (individually, each a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”) covenant and agree as
follows:

6. No Modification Unless in Writing


No modification of this Agreement shall be valid unless in writing and agreed upon by both Parties.

7. Extra Compensation
In consideration for the adding Extra Services or Items, the Client shall pay the Builder at the rate which is
claim by Builder. The Builder shall invoice the Client with current stage wise invoice.
In consideration for the Changing or adding windows / doors locations, the Client shall pay the Builder at the
rate which is claim by Builder. The Builder shall invoice the Client with current stage wise invoice.
In consideration for the Changing brands of plumping items, Tiles, Electrical and Paint, the Client shall pay the
Builder at the rate which is claim by Builder. The Builder shall invoice the Client with current stage wise
invoice.
In consideration for the Changing or adding Rooms, Walls, Staircase and tanks, the Client shall pay the Builder
at the rate which is claim by Builder. The Builder shall invoice the Client with current stage wise invoice.
In consideration for the preponing House warming date, the Client shall pay the Builder at the rate which is
claim by Builder. The Builder shall invoice the Client with current stage wise invoice.

9. Billing Conditions
The Builder shall invoice the Client once every stage wise and such invoices shall be due and payable within
week days of the Client’s receipt of the invoice.
Builders will remind client 10 and 5 days before raise stage wise invoice.

10. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and protect the Consultant from and against all lawsuits and costs of
every kind pertaining to the Client’s business including reasonable legal fees due to any act or failure to act by
the Client based upon the Consulting Services.

11. Applicable Law


This Consulting Agreement and the interpretation of its terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance

located in India, Tamil Nadu, Salem.
