BUSINESS PROPONENTS

Proponents are persons or groups that manage the business of CACAIBA’s photo booth.

I. INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS

The internal stakeholders are persons who manage, control and plan the business.

A. Organizational chart

The organizational chart shows the hierarchy and flow of authority that exist among

the stakeholders.

B. Job Description

The following are the responsibilities of the students assigned to specific functions.

MANAGER

1. Manages the whole business operation

2. Overlooks if the business is profitable and the desired profit is reached

3. Sees to it that developed photos are in good quality

4. Supervises the co-workers on their designated tasks

ACCOUNTING STAFF

1. Records and summarizes financial transaction

2. Prepares financial statement and balance sheet

3. Submits financial reports

CASHIER

1. Accepts payments of the customers

2. Issues receipt to customers

3. Summarizes daily sales

4. Prepares daily sales report for submission to accounting staff

PHOTO EDITORS

1. Edits and prints photos

2. In charge of Vector Vexel


PHOTOGRAPHER

1. Photographs the costumers

PROPS AND PRODUCTION STAFF

1. Designs the back draft of the photo booth

2. Monitors all materials and props needed

3. Frames or places photos in the keychain

4. Maintains cleanliness in the area

USHERETTE

1. Welcomes and assists customers

STYLIST

1. Makes or accessorizes the customers’ looks and hair style

II. EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS

The external stakeholders are the customers, competitors, suppliers, and society.

A .CUSTOMERS

The customers interested in our products are the junior and senior high school

students as well as the teaching and non-teaching personnel.

B. COMPETITORS

The indirect competitors of our business are the GAS (General Academic strands),

ABM (Accountancy, Business and Management), TVL (Technical, Vocational

Livelihood) Senior high school students who also establish business for entrepreneurship

compliance. The school Canteen offers school supplies, food and etc.

C. SUPPLIERS

The materials that will be needed in our business will be purchased at

PINAMALAYAN’S MARKET, PRINCE MART, and KING PLAZA.


D. SOCIETY

Most of the students during vacant time like recess spend their time in buying food

in the canteen while during lunch, they used to buy food either in the canteen or outside

the campus.
