This document contains data from a gauge repeatability and reproducibility study. It includes measurement results from three appraisers taking multiple measurements of a part using the same gauge. The data is analyzed to determine the percentage of variation from different sources: equipment variation, appraiser variation, repeatability and reproducibility variation, and part variation. It is determined that equipment variation accounts for 17.61% of the total variation, appraiser variation accounts for 20.04% of the total variation, repeatability and reproducibility variation accounts for 26.68% of the total variation, and part variation accounts for 96.38% of the total variation.

beyond this limit. Identify cause and correct. Repeat these readings using the same appraiser and unit as originally used or
discard values and re-average and recompute R and the limiting value from the remaining observations.
