ACTIVITY PROPOSAL

I. Project Title: CircUITS Booth


II. Project Proponents: CircUITS Officers A.Y. 2018-2019
III. Project Rationale:

The essence of the team spirit of the BS Information Technology is through


comradery, leadership and to be united as one team. The Circle of Unified Information
Technology Students has been the organization to gather and unite the IT student body
by designing schemes in order to portray the unity of the organization.

It is in this reason that we would like to conduct the CircUITS Booth. This project
will house three other income projects while selling snacks and drinks to the
participants. The other projects are the CircUITS Kainan, Kitkit sa Circuits and CircUITS
Games like VR Box and Keyboard game. This project will be open to all participants of
the CSIT Days 2019.

IV. Activity Objectives:

The activity aims to promote the Circle of Unified Information Technology Students
(Circuits) organization. Specifically, it aims:
 To provide snacks and foods to the participants or students;
 To give entertainment and gain knowledge by joining some activities in the
booth; and
 To generate income.

V. Activity Description:

The Circuits Booth is a stall provided by the Circuits to sell foods or snacks. Also, it
includes activities/games connected to Information Technology for entertainment during
the celebration. This booth will be open and available the entire occasion for two days.

VI. Activity Duration: February 18-19, 2019 (9:00am – 5:00pm)

VII. Target Beneficiaries: All

VIII. Proposed Budget: Php 650.00

IX. Monitoring and Evaluation: CircUITS Officers A.Y. 2018-2019

The income will determine the success rate of this project.

X. Proposed Venue: BUCS Building 2
