AMENDMENT TO THE MEMORANDUM OF

UNDERSTANDING
between
UNIVERSITY PARIS-EST MARNE-LA-VALLEE (France)
and
XXX

Reference:

This amendment grants students exchanges and states that:

Article 1: Object

1.1 Two (2) students from each university per year can participate in the exchange programme
for a study stay lasting one (1) academic year; or four (4) students from each university per
year for a study stay lasting (1) semester.

1.2 Selected students by both the sending and receiving institutions enrol in both universities.
They pay their tuition fees at their home university and are exempted from any tuition fees at
the host university.

1.3 The sending institution is responsible for certifying that their students have a sufficient
linguistic proficiency in the teaching language used by the host institution.

1.4 Each university assists students to obtain all required visas, permits, and other official
documentation.

1.5 Students are responsible for all personal expenses associated with their stay, including
social security coverage, accommodation, meals, transportation, and visa fees.

Article 2: Duration

The present amendment is concluded for the duration of the memorandum of understanding
and will come into effect on the date of signature.
