There are a few things that occur in the life of a person, maybe for a short span of time, but leave
a very positive impact on our lives. My summer internship is one of the events which will be
evergreen in my life. I am using this opportunity to express my gratitude to everyone who
supported me throughout the two-month summer internship project. I am thankful for their
aspiring guidance, invaluable constructive criticism, and friendly advice during the project work.
I am sincerely grateful to them for sharing their truthful and illuminating views on a number of
issues related to the project.

I sincerely thank the management of Thermax Limited, Pune for allowing me to undergo
Summer Project Program in their reputed organization. I wish to express my deep gratitude and
special thanks to Miss Gauri Mule, who in spite of being extraordinarily busy with her duties
took time out to listen, guide and render support in all stages of the project. Also I would like to
express my warm thanks to Mrs. Mukta Joshi, Head HR of Thermax for her support and
guidance.

I am also grateful to Prof. Col. A. Balasubramanian – President – Sri Balaji Society, Pune and
Dr. Archana Srivastava (Director, BIMM) for giving me the opportunity and necessary facilities
to make this effort successful and deepest gratitude to Faculty of BIMM, Pune for their guidance
