Gentlemen:

I am writing to express my interest to apply in S&G’s Management Training Program.


Having recently obtained my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration major in Human
Resource Development Management (BSBA-HRDM) at the Colegio De San Lorenzo, I am
very much willing to contribute my knowledge, skills and commitment to the said internal
development program of our esteemed company.

As a Business Administration graduate, major in HR management, I’ve become equipped


with the necessary knowledge that come with the position including, workforce organization,
training and development, compensation and benefits as well as people management.

My Internship experiences and free seminars that I attended in Sangalang & Gaerlan,
Business Lawyers and Ariva Academy gave me the opportunity to enhance my knowledge
in Human Resources Management and Labor Laws.

Aside from that, I believe that I have attained the knowledge and skills necessary for a
competent supervisory or managerial position by working in our Firm for the last three (3)
years. However, I believe that I will be able to improve more my skills and knowledge once
admitted in the said program.

My enthusiasm, dedication and passion for human resources has subsequently convinced
me that human resource management is my true calling. Hence, my application for the
Management Training Program.

I have chosen Atty. Apollo X.C.S. Sangalang as my coach since I know that he can mentor
or coach me the necessary knowledge and skills for the formation of a competent and able
people manager.
