Greetings of Peace and Harmony!

Allow me to introduce myself, I am Aissa P. Legaspi, President of GPTA (General Parents Teachers
Association) for school year 2018-2019 in Bagbag 1 Elementary School.

In behalf of GPTA Officers, we support Bagbag 1 Elementary School in promoting quality education and
an environment that is safe and conducive for learning.

In line with this we would like to ask permission to conduct a “Popularity Contest” for this school year
2018-2019 in Bagbag 1 Elementary School as a fund raising project, the proceed of this contest will be
use for the replacement of water tank in our school.

We hope that you take this opportunity to support us in providing good water facilities that will do so much
for the school and most of all for the students of Bagbag 1 Elementary School.
