National meals:
a) International:
- everyone likes and knows
- easy to make but delicious and variable
b) National:
- depends on traditions
- geograpchical location
- national resources
- spices
- weather conditions
- lifestyle

Organic food:
What does it mean?
- no addiction
- no artificial colouring
- no chemicals
- natural fertelizers

Why organic food?


- healthier
- no health issues
- delicious
- important minerals
- environment-friendly growth

What is the negative side?


- need for field from the nature

Waste of food:
- at Western countries

Why?
- we buy too much, but don’t eat them (they are cheap because of a sale)  they get rotten
easily  we drop them out and buy new items

Consequences:
- others don’t have money to buy that, only the ones for sale
- lose money on food
- cause harm for nature  animals die

Solution:
- shopkeepers shouldn’t drop the product with run-out warranty period  they should feed
animals, recycle or give it to charity

- remaking traditional meals into modern-styled food  it’s too different from the original
form and the quantity is also too little
