 United Nation’s Office for Disaster Risk Reduction nominated J.P Singh a delegate in
UNISDR conference in May 2019 under UNITED NATIONS Global Platform for Disaster
Risk Reduction Geneva, Switzerland. The delegation was led by Shri. P.K Mishra,
Principal Secretary to Honourable Prime Minister of India Shri. Narendra Modi.

Villages. IIRD conceived Mission RIEV with the sole aim of bringing development to the

aimed at creating a community of skilled individuals with Better employability and Better
Economic conditions. These initiatives have helped in REVERSE BRAIN DRAIN around 300
youth have returned to their villages learning their serve jobs in cities as they can earn better

J.P Singh is the Country Distributor of top MNC’s fire safety products in India and was
instrumental in the introduction of new technologies in the field of Fire Safety. As on date he

brought the cost of conventional fire extinguishers to half, increased its efficiency manifold, is

Consumer Coordination Council (CCC) was established in March 1993 as a Society

registered under the Societies Registration Act of 1860. CCC has been actively involved in
various consumer-related projects and programmes funded by UNICEF, UNDP, Ford
Foundation, Consumer Welfare Fund and other funding agencies. CCC presently has a
membership reach of over 77 leading Consumer Organizations, spread over different parts
of the country. Its Governing Council of 14 Members consists of well-known consumer
activists belonging to established Consumer Organisations of long standing.

Media and Entertainment industry is the biggest and the fastest growing industry of India and

J.P. Singh has been directly involved in creating a platform for resource creation for the
educational pursuits of around 350 under privileged children in the memory of his father Dr.
Iqbal Singh Sahni. He has been extending his services as a volunteer to State Police
Department also and was duly appointed in the law & order maintaining team as an
Honorary Special Police Officer since 1988. He gained good practical exposure while
assisting Police Department in the field of Safety, Security and Disaster Risk reduction with
special emphasis on bomb disposal. He assisted the administration in maintaining Peace
and Harmony amongst various communities and effects were duly recognized by Police
Department. J.P. Singh was accorded special recognitions/rewards/awards besides other
commendations for his efforts of volunteering for public Police cooperation. He was also a
member of the Welfare Committee of Delhi Administration for Minorities. J.P. Singh has

the country’s leading Missionary Educational institution as an elected member .JP Singh
