This course will enable you to extract added value and customer service excellence, from the
warehousing process, whilst minimizing the costs involved in the warehousing operation.
Course contents include:
the total process of warehousing management,
exploit opportunities to extract extra value added from the process,
develop appropriate cost reduction exercises and action plans,
understand range of concepts in modern materials management,
