Tours and Travel System

 “Tours and Travels System” is a niche specific web based reservation


system designed to make it easier for people to book tour packages online.
 User may login and view various tour and travel destinations.
 Post login user sees three different destinations to travel.
 User can select 3 types of travel food and stay i.e. Economic, Semi - deluxe
and deluxe.
 Each ones amenities type is shown in the system with image and respective
costing.
 The user may select desired packages as needed and then the payment is
calculated accordingly.
 The user may then pay via credit card.
 A receipt of payment is mailed to the user.
 User may also submit a feedback form that is delivered to the admin.

This website is having 6 Modules:


1. Admin Login
- Here, the admin of the Tours & Travels website put his credentials in the
Login page.
2. User login/registration
- Here, the user of the Real Estate website put his credentials in the Login
page and also new user can register on this website.

3. View Tours
- Here, user can view various tour packages by selecting the destination
location.
4. View Travel, Food & Stay Packages
- Here, User can select 3 types of travel food and stay i.e. Economic, Semi
deluxe and deluxe.
5. Selection of Desired Packages
- Here, the user selects desired packages as per entered destination
location.
6. Cost Calculation & Credit Card Payment
- Here, the website calculates the cost and accordingly user pays the bill
using credit card. Payment receipt is then sent to the user via mail.

 i3 Processor Based Computer
 1GB RAM
 5 GB Hard Disk
 Monitor
 Internet Connection

 Software Requirement:
 Windows 7 or higher
 Visual studio 2010.
 SQL Server 2008.

 The tours & travel websites have made it possible to book a trip online and
to compare prices so that user can be sure that they are getting a good
deal.
 It is easy to use, robust, secured Website
 Ease to maintain both System as well as Database.
 Many selection and filter tools allows customer to comparison shop .
 This System has integration of the most popular payment gateways, as well
as can process credit card payments.

Disadvantage:
 Requires an active internet connection.
 May provide inaccurate results if data not feed properly

Application:
This system can be used by tour packages booking centers.
