 INSTRUCTIONS

1. The registration form will be filled in by the applicant in his own handwriting with neat, legible
hand or typed. Application form be attested by a PEC registered Professional Engineer with a
minimum fifteen years of Professional stranding and be submitted to the Registrar, Pakistan
Engineering Council, Ataturk Avenue (East) G-5/2, Islamabad along with the following requisite
documents;

1.1 Attested copies of CNIC, engineering and other qualifications along with their originals and
transcripts. In Case, the degree has not been issued, a Provisional Certificate along with its
Photostat copy duly attested shall be provided. Original Certificate / degrees will be returned
after verification.
1.2 Three photographs size 2”x1.5”, duly attested on the back side.
1.3 Original PEC Registration Certificate/Renewal Card as Registered Engineer (RE) if already
registered with PEC
1.4 Attested copies of CDP acquired
1.5 CV along with experience certificates

2. Registration fee can be submitted online through any online branch of MCB/HBL. Fee can also
be paid through Bank draft/ Pay order in favour of Pakistan Engineering Council as per following
rates:

(i) Pakistani nationals:

(including Rs500/- as one time fee Rs. 5500/-
and Rs5000/- as life subscription)

(ii) Foreign nationals

Registration Fee Rs.500/-
Renewal Fee Rs3000/- year

application form.
