Title Project Reporting Tool

Details

 The projects being transitioned into the Mumbai Centre are being tracked
Introduction/Overview manually using Microsoft Office tools. Project reports are generated using MS
Excel.

 The goal of this project is to develop a Reporting tool which will provide a

single system access to track all projects and generate reports

In Scope:
 Headcount report generation for all business units.
 Timesheet report for all users.
Project Scope
Out of Scope:
 Headcount and timesheet report based on manager.

Target Audience  All Business Units in Information Technology

 Ability to deliver global headcount reports using the tool


Success Factors
 Completion of the project within the given timelines

Budget Details  The project budget is estimated to cost $ 20000

Project Timelines  The tool is expected to be completed by November 01, 2017

Assumptions and  The UAT is completed by October 20, 2017


Constraints  All the users are added to the tool with appropriate access

Risks and Issues  Data discrepancy due to large number of users
