MakeMyTrip domestic hotel offer terms and conditions

1. This Offer is brought to you by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, India
(‘HSBC’), in association with MakeMyTrip (India) Private Limited (‘MakeMyTrip’), and any
participation in the said Offer is voluntary.

2. This Offer is applicable to existing and new Resident Indian HSBC Credit and Debit Cardholders,
excluding Corporate Cardholders (hereinafter referred to as (‘Cardholders’). Credit Cardholders
who have not repaid their minimum payment due within 30 days of their payment due date as
mentioned on the credit card statement, will not be eligible for the Offer.

3. During the Offer Period from 1 March 2019 to 31 May 2019 (‘Offer Period’), Cardholders on using
their valid HSBC Credit and Debit Card issued in India only (‘Card’) will be entitled to the below

4. The customer will receive instant discount as per the details mentioned in the table above.

5. Discount will be calculated on the booking amount (excluding convenience fee and taxes).

6. To avail of the Offer, customer must enter E-Coupon code MMTHSBCDH in the E-Coupon field.

7. This Offer is valid from 00:00 hours on 1 March 2019 to 23:59 hours on 31 May 2019.

8. My Wallet usage is not allowed with this code.

9. The instant discount Offer is valid for only 1 booking per card during the entire Offer Period.

10. This Offer is valid for select domestic hotels only.

11. This Offer is also applicable on EMI payments made using HSBC Credit Cards.

12. This Offer is not valid on payments made directly at hotel or through PayPal account, MMT Gift
Card, My Wallet, Cash on Delivery (COD) and net banking.

13. Bookings where "Book now Pay Later" option is selected, and 1 has been paid for reservation, will
not be eligible for the instant discount Offer.

14. In case of part/full cancellation the Offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for instant
discount.

15. If the Customer cancels the travel service purchase MakeMyTrip will deduct cancellation charges
from refund amount.

16. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer of MakeMyTrip.

17. Prior to using the MakeMyTrip website and/or the mobile app, the Cardholder should refer, read,
understand, accept and agree to the user agreement and terms and conditions of the said website
and the mobile app, and proceed only if the Cardholder agrees to abide by the same. The
Cardholder will be required to give personal information and other details online. The Cardholder
should read and understand the privacy policy of the website and the mobile app, prior to providing
any such information. Any disclosure of information made by the Cardholder towards availing of or
fulfillment of the Offer is at the sole discretion of the Cardholder and HSBC shall not be responsible
for the same. MakeMyTrip may use the personal information shared by the Cardholder for any other
purpose (like marketing etc.) and the Bank will not be held liable for such usage of personal
information.

18. This Offer is subject to the terms and conditions of MakeMyTrip and the Cardholders are required to
refer, read, understand, accept and agree to be bound by them prior to availing the Offer.

19. HSBC and MakeMyTrip reserve the right to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these
terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, these Offers by another Offer, whether similar
to this Offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether at any point in time by providing appropriate notice.
The Offer may/may not be extended as mutually agreed by HSBC and MakeMyTrip.

20. HSBC does not make any warranties or representations as to the quality, merchantability, suitability
or availability of the services Offered under these Offers. Any dispute regarding these must be
addressed in writing, by the customer, directly to MakeMyTrip.

21. HSBC will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered,
as a result of participating in the Offer.

22. The usage of the credit and debit card is governed by the applicable terms and conditions.

23. This Offer is subject to force majeure events.

24. Tax liability, if any, will be borne by the Cardholder.

25. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute any
claim against HSBC.

26. By participating in this Offer, the Cardholder shall be deemed to have accepted all the terms and
conditions in totality.

amount), 3rd party wallets, COD, Pay Pal, Gift card and net banking payments.

11. In case of partial/full cancellation the Offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for the
discount.

12. All Experiences tickets purchased are non-refundable. If the Customer cancels the tickets there will
be no refund.

13. Experiences purchased will be for fixed date and venue and there will be no refund.
