The Tagum Water District conducted a training needs analysis for 2019 which identified 3 main issues: 1) enhancing plumbing and water meter management skills for 16 employees, 2) updating 3 employees on accounting processes by attending the GACPA National Convention, and 3) no other specific training needs were identified. 2. The analysis was prepared by Ailene Ponio, reviewed by Estella Aparece, recommended by Luz Arnilla, and approved by Nelly Gentugaya.
