The Depositor have already deposited the title deed on 03-03-2017, the following
documents of title deeds more particularly described in schedule-A rerating to his
immovable property more particularly described in schedule- B with the bank with an
intent to security in favour of the Bank for the purpose of security repayment to the Bank
of all amounts now owing to the Bank under advance made and to be made to or shall
from time to time or at any time due from Depositor by the Bank by way of Financial
assistance not exceeding Rs.15,00,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Lakhs Only) solely or jointly
with any other person or persons to the Bank whether on balance of amount or by
discount or otherwise in respect of Bill of Exchange, Promissory note, cheque and other
negotiable installments or in any manner what so ever and including interest, commission
and other banking charges and any law costs incurred in connection there to.

The Depositor further declares that the documents deposited with the bank are the
only documents that were in his/her possession and custody.

PLOTNO. 16 and bounded by
East : Plotno.20 – 66-0 Feet
South : Plotno.17 – 50-0 Feet
West : 25 Feet wide Road – 65-0 Feet
North : 30 Feet wide Road – 50-0 Feet
Within these boundaries an extent of 363.88 Sq. Yards equivalent to 304.25
Sq.Mtrs. Jointly undivided share of 24 Sq. Yards equivalent to 20.06Sq.
