Lesson 1
This is the core lesson of the course. There is no more important lesson in the
course than this. Do this lesson at least once a day, preferably twice. Do it on an
empty stomach because your energy slows down after a meal because your blood flow,
which is energy, has to be devoted to digestion.
Lesson 1 is about using the hands and the magnetism that they have to build the
nerve fibers (physical representations of your spiritual channels) in the body.
Above all else, the hands are magnetic in property, which is why they�re a very
powerful tool for building the nerve fibers. For the same reason that when you lift
weights your muscles grow, when you do this exercise on a daily basis your nerve
fibers are going to grow in size, both your
� Motor nerves, which conduct energy, and
� Sensory nerves, enable you to perceive energy
One of the biggest reasons why more people aren�t more energy sensitive is that
they�re discounting minute data. By accepting the minute data you keep getting more
and more data that reinforces it and you keep getting stronger and stronger
sensations. Even if the only sensation you�re able to get at first is heat or
coolness by having your awareness or your hands near your body, that�s a success.
You�re still running energy, you�re still exercising your nerve fibers and building
them into a bigger size.
To experience this, find a part of the body that works for you � it might be the
heart or chest, solar plexus or stomach, root area, sides of hips, sides of cheeks
or temples. Comb your hands, with your awareness in your hands, around your body
until you feel one point in particular where you get one of the three sensations.
Part 1 Procedure
� Achieve a state of inner focus. A spiritual type of focus is the opposite of what
you might think � it�s a sort of non-focus, so you sort of blank your mind and go
into a passive state.
� Notice that awareness is something you can place throughout the body. Where ever
you put awareness automatically magnetizes to some degree and causes the
capillaries and blood vessels to increase in size and puts more blood in that area,
and again blood is energy. As you become aware of your body, you might be more
aware of your hips, your head or your feet, etc.
o Now put your awareness on your hands, which automatically devotes more blood flow
to your hands, magnetizing them and increasing the charge.
� Place your hands in front of your root chakra until you feel energy.
o Your hands may be touching or not, right over left or vice versa, overlapped or
not�whatever works for you is fine.
o Hold your awareness on your hands until you feel one of the three sensations �
heat/cool, tingles, or flux. You might also feel a slight sexual stimulation
because you�re activating that chakra.
� Exhale completely, and begin a long, slow inhale as your hands climb your chakra
column.
� As you climb the column, feel each gland operate. Notice how the adrenals in the
solar plexus feel different from the root, how the chest, the throat and the head
feels different from those.
o Just pay attention to the sensations, which may be slight or subtle at first, but
will become very strong in the near future. With all of this energy training,
you�ve got to tune your mind to the subtleties. What starts out as subtle becomes
extremely strong and something your mind can grab hold of and amplify.
� When you get to the throat chakra, exhale and use your hands to push the energy
out and around in a torroidial fountain
o This lesson helps you activate your chakra column and begin to become aware of
the torroidial heart field, which every human has, and having success with this
course you will eventually feel all things past your body as being a part of your
self by tuning your mind to this electro-magnetic field that you�re already
generating. You�re increasing the strength of the electro-magnetic field and your
mind�s ability to perceive it.
� Imagine that your breath is also connected to this energy.
� Do 5 � 8 of these.
Part 2 Procedure
� Return your attention to your hands.
� Find the part of the body where it�s easiest for you to feel energy � heat/cold,
tingles or magnetics.
o Remember: even if it�s only heat or cold, that�s still a success and you�ve got
to hold on to that! Notice that you can amplify it � make it even hotter or colder.
If you keep this up for a period of time you ARE GOING to get the electrical
tingles. Period. Doing the exercises = getting the results. Period. Not one student
� ever � has stuck with the exercises and not had enough results to get to the
mastery class.
� Cling to that feeling and amplify it.
� Once you�ve got it, hold it there for a little bit and make slight hand motions
like you�re caressing that energy field.
� Amplify it as much as you can, and when you get to the point where you can feel
the electrical tingles or electro-magnetics, you need to break a mental barrier.
This isn�t just energy coming off your body. In other words, you know what your
body feels like and then there�s energy beyond it, now let that energy back into
your body. Surrender the physical body structure so you can feel that electro-
magnetism inside of the body, so it becomes a smooth flux in and out of your body
at all times.
o By the time you do enough of these exercises, this is going to be your daily
perception. You�ll feel the physical body as an overlap to your true body, which is
the electro-magnetic, all-encompassing, one-with-everything soul.
� Move as slow as necessary to hold that energy feeling in your hands.
� Move over every part of your body in this way, spending 5 � 10 seconds on each
area.
o Arms, elbows, forearms, wrists, cheeks, temples, crown, back of head, hips, butt,
legs front and back, ankles, feet, etc.
o You can reach your back areas by putting your awareness on the back of your
hands. With your hands behind on your lower back facing up, push energy out of your
thumbs to get your lower back area, and dangle your hands over your shoulders,
pushing energy through your fingers, to reach your upper back.
Again, you MUST do this daily. DO NOT GIVE UP! Many students starting out can only
feel mild body heat or coolness, but they stick with it for 2 weeks and the next
thing you know they�re getting electrical tingles. Then a month later they�re
getting the electro-magnetic flux. Many of them are in the mastery course today and
performing videos on telekinesis. YOU HAVE TO STICK WITH IT!
