Duties and Responsibilities performed as a Floor Man are:

• Handle drilling tools and tubular on the rig for the purpose of making up/breaking down drill
string and other drilling systems.
• Perform daily inspection and preventive maintenance on derrick structure while using safe
operating procedures and proper personal protective equipment; safely and efficiently.
• Performing all manual labor tasks on the drilling floor and B.O.P. area under the direction and
supervision of the Driller or, in his absence, the Assistant Driller;
• Operating the tongs, slips and iron roughneck to connect and disconnect drill pipe, tubular,
casing and drill bits or tools.
• Performing all maintenance of the equipment and physical space of the drill floor.
• Monitoring and operation of the shakers, assisting the Derrick man within the mud pit, mud
pump and chemical sack rooms.
• Performing housekeeping activities on the drill floor including washing, chipping and painting.

PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE:


Role : MEP engineer(Construction Division) (20th July 2014 to 20th Aug 2018)
Client : NURAN DEVELOPERS PVT. LTD. Tanzania East Africa.
Duties and Responsibilities performed as a MEP Engineer are:

• Supervising day-to-day site operations.


• Planning and ensuring mechanical and electrical installation as per approved drawings and
material approvals.
• Preparation, execution & monitoring, testing and commissioning of all MEP systems as per
compliance with plan, shop drawing, specifications, standards and schedule.
• Receive quotations, classify, compare and negotiate.
• Monitor consumption of materials with respect to the ordered materials.
• Maintain a system of documentation for monitoring the productivity of teams.
• Ensuring the approved method statements are available and explain the method statements to
the foreman.
• Preparation and submission of shop drawings and As-built drawings, O&M manuals.
