BARANGAY RESOLUTION NO. 04


Series of 2018

RESOLUTION DESIGNATING HON. JONATHAN C. CERVERA, PUNONG BARANGAY


AND CELSO C. DE GUZMAN, BARANGAY TREASURER AS THE AUTHORIZE
REPRESENTATIVES TO TRANSACT WITH LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES.

WHEREAS, synchronized Barangay and SK Election was held last May 14, 2018 where Hon.
Jonathan C. Cervera was elected as Punong Barangay;

WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 395 of Republic Act 7160, otherwise known as the Local
Government Code of 1991, he appointed Celso C. de Guzman with the concurrence of the
majority of all the members of the Sangguniang Barangay as Barangay Treasurer of Barangay
Sablig, Anda effective until the end of term of appointing authority unless sooner replaced;

WHEREAS, it is a requirement to designate authorize representatives to transact with Land Bank


of the Philippines;

WHEREFORE, cognizant to the fact that designating an authorize representatives to transact


with Land Bank of the Philippines is required, be it resolved, as it is hereby resolved to designate
Hon. Jonathan C. Cervera, Punong Barangay and Celso C de Guzman, Barangay Treasurer, as
the authorize representatives to transact with Land Bank of the Philippines;

BE IT RESOLVED FINALLY, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to all concerned


agencies and offices for their information and guidance;
