4.1Introductory Activity

Students will be asked to guess the word. (COMMUNICATION)


Students will be divided into two groups. Each group will be asked to create a tableaux that reflects their understanding of what

about the other group’s tableaux.
Students of the winning group will be asked:
1. Which group effectively presented their idea? Why?

Present through Power point the following:

With the same group, they will be asked to pick one rolled paper with a situation. They will be asked to prepare a 2-minute role play about
the assigned situation following the correct process of communication. They will be given five (5) minutes to prepare. (Please see
4.5 Application Appendix 1 for the criteria.)
Situation 1: A daughter trying to tell her parents a good news.
Situation 2: A son trying to tell his parents a bad news.
4.6 Assessment The students will be given a 1-5 test. (Please see Appendix 2.)

4.7 Assignment Students will be asked to search about the “Models of Communication”.

4.8 Concluding Activity A video about lack of respect in communication will be shown.
