As a result, employees may have difficulty adjusting to new roles and divisions. - Strategic reposition process move form a product-oriented organization to a market segment-
oriented organization.
- The product based-way of operating will be change into a market segment-base way of
operating will be changed into a market segment-based way of operating.
- The seven exixting product division will be solved and replaced by market segment-directed
divisions.
