Good day! I am PHILIP C. AGUAS JR, working at SDI CORPORATION with a working number of 6368. I
would like to request from your good office to grant the withdrawal of my savings account (cash bond)
amounting to NT50,000 (fifty thousand NT Dollars). My reason why I want to get my money is because I
