1. Assists the Supervising LEO/Head of the Field Office/Chief of the Division in the
implementation/monitoring/evaluation of programsor projectsandperformanceof servicesof the DOLE
within its territorialjurisdictionin accordance andguidelines;
with existingpolicies,standards

2. Assistsin coordinatingwith the appropriategovemmentoffices,local govemmentunits,non- govemment


organizations,
andcivil societyto ensureeffective,efficientandeconomicaldeliveryofservicesto clients;

3. Prepares
andsubmitsprescribedreportsto the RegionalOffice or otherconcemedoffices; .

4. Directsall activitiesandoutputsofpersonnelunderhis/hersupervision;

5. Establishesandmaintainslinkageswith goveflrmentandnon-govemrnent
agenciesin its areaof concem;
and;

6. Performssuch other functionsas may be provided by law or assignedby tlre Supervisor/Head


of the
