Make sure holes in the bowl body match to that in the operating slide. • Lubricate the mating surface of the operating slide and dosing ring by lub paste. • Fit dosing ring, there is guide hole, check to ensure that the holes matches with the bowl body guide lug. • Apply a thin film of lubricating paste on dosing ring bolts and tighten to 20 N-M torque. • Fit back the spring and support. • Tighten the bolts to 25N-m torque. Bowl Body On To The Spindle
• Clean the spindle.
• Lubricate the tapered end and wipe it off with the clean cloth. • Fix the lifting tool on to the bowl body and tighten the centre screw until fixed. • Hoist and place the bowl body on the spindle such that the centre screw rest on it. • Un-tighten the centre screw and rest of the three bolts of the clamping tool and remove the tool. • Bowl would rest down on the tapered spindle. Rotate and align the bowl body holes with that in the distributing ring. • Tighten the three screw firmly. Sliding Bowl
• Fit the lifting tool and hoist it.
• Lubricate the operating slide, dosing ring and the guide surface of the bowl body with the lubricating paste. • Place in the sliding bowl • Match the assembly mark on the sliding bowl bottom and the bowl body guide lug to place it in correct position. Distributer Cone • Fit the distribute cone on the sliding bowl. • Ensure the guide pin and the distributer cone enters the recess in the sliding bowl. • Tighten the cap nut by screwing it anti-clock wise. Distributer • Clean all the disk with cloth and assemble on the distributer. • For correct position, guide ribs are provided on the distributer resulting into a single kind of arrangement. • Hoist the distributer and place it on the distributer cone. Top Disk
• Check that small hole in the top disk is not clogged.
• Place the oil pairing disk and level ring with o-ring in the top disk. • Make sure the direction of pairing disk is correct. • Fit the top disk in the distributer such that the guide mark on the top disk matches the guide lug on the bowl body • Bowl Hood • Checck that bowl hood o-rings and seal ring is properly fitted. • Fit the lifting tool and hoist the bowl hood. • Place the bowl hood on the top disk. • The guide recess in the bowl hood enters the guide lug of the bowl body. • Remove the lifting tool. Pairing Chamber and Lock Ring • Lubricate the large lock ring and guide surface with lubricating paste. • Fit the lock ring in place by screwing it anti clockwise. • Place the large lock ring special spanner. • Tighten till assembly mark on the bowl hood align with that on the lock ring. • Check that the small hole in gravity disk and pairing disk are not bloked. • Ensure that o-ring of the gravity disk is changed and fitted with the gravity disk and upper pairing disk. • Fit the pairing chamber and tighten it , using a spanner. Frame Hood and Connection • Place frame hood in place and tighten it by clamping • Fix the connection housing over it. • Connect water outlet and oil outlet pipes respectively. • Place in the inlet pipe. • Tighten it properly using a special pin spanner. • Fit properly inlet feed pipe connection and place the plug over it. • Now tighten the clamp screw properly.
