Technical & Professional requirements:

 At least 5 years of experience in either of Ariba module (P2P, Sourcing, Contracting, Spend
Visibility, SIPM) implementation or support.,
 Experience and understanding of Production support.,Ability to work in team environment.,
 Ability to contribute in medium to complex tasks independently.,
 Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.,
 Should be able to understand the functional and non-functional requirements by going through
specifications, and participate in creating high level design documents.,
 Should be able to create implementation plans and work on go live activities.,
 Should be able to respond to issues assigned, do analysis, and participate in effort requirement,
suggest work around, close the issues in agreed SLAs.,
 Ability to handle customers and resolve their issues.,
 Perform testing in functional/ integration and system testing phases.,
 Create test scripts based on configuration and requirements.,
 Should have good understanding to conduct workshops with client to gather high level
requirements.,
 Have the ability to conduct and support Proof of Concepts (PoCs) necessary for the project.,
 Have good presentation skills to present Conference Room Pilot (CRP) to demonstrate the
solution and capture user feedback.,
 Should have the ability to convert high level requirements to low level requirements.,
 Should be good at defining the business process, business requirements, process flows and
diagrams.,
 Should be proficient at Updating Ariba Workbooks - Enablement Workbook / Header Fields
Workbook / Process Design Workbook / Content Workbook,
 Should be able to delegate relevant work to team members, track the progress, and resolve
issues.,
 Should be expert to review Technical Design Document with team.,
 Support testing related activities (ST, SIT and UAT) as deemed necessary.,Note: Location of
posting is driven by business requirement

Responsibilites:
 Get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and
facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.,
 Lead small projects.,
 Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives.,
 Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.
Must-Have

1. Functional/technical proficiency with at least 2+ full lifecycle Ariba Implementations (S2P/ P2P)

2. 5+ year's enterprise experience with Ariba Spend Management including configuration,


customization, testing, and deployment.

3. Detailed technical and functional knowledge of the following Ariba modules: Buyer, Contracts,
Sourcing, Analysis, P2P Invoicing and Ariba eForms.

4. Understanding of the Ariba Network, configuration, experience with enablement

5. Ability to create workflows, rules, set up master data loads, mappings, define templates, custom
reports etc.

6. Experience with Ariba integration with middleware and ERP systems (SAP preferred)

7. Experience with Ariba OnDemand Solution.

6-8 years Ariba Upstream module experience.


Minimum 2 Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite (Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Lifecycle and Performance,
Contract Lifecycle Management) and Ariba Procurement Content implementation.
