TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR AIR CONDITIONERS:

1. Price: The Above quoted prices are inclusive of VAT and delivery. We can also supply with CST
billing @2% against C form.
2. Payment: 100% advance along with the order.
3. Validity: 15days from the date of this offer.
4. Warranty: One year for entire Unit & additional 4 years on the compressor.
5. Delivery: 04-05 weeks from the date of receipt of commercially clear order.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR INSTALLATION AND STABILIZERS:

1. The prices quoted are exclusive service tax @ 12.36% on installation.


2. Payment: 100% advance along with the order.
3. The installation shall be completed within 07-10 days from the date of delivery of units at site subject
to site clearance through Voltas authorized franchisee.
4. Suitable incoming power supply along with MCB to be provided near to each AC units.
5. MS condenser stand for Air Conditioners if required shall be charged extra.
6. Copper kit 3 RMT will be supplied with split AC’s above that if required will be charged extra.
7. Any installation outside Municipal limit, the conveyance for technicians will be payable extra.

WE WOULD REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE PLACE THE ORDER FOR SUPPLY OF UNIT & INSTALLATION.

Exclusions:

All civil, scaffolding, carpentry, false ceiling, wall chipping for laying copper pipe & drain pipe, structural support for
outdoor units, glass cutting, painting for ducts and pipes, all electrical works like power point near to each air
conditioner, water & power for installation and commissioning.
