related queries and to provide assistance. These service provider gives a better reach
in tier 2 and tier 3 cities facilitating after sales service for all ranges of Mitsubishi
Electric air-conditioning products. With a total of 23 sales office Mitsubishi Electric
Air conditioners are available through many outlets across the country. These outlets
are authorised to sell the entire range of air conditioning products which include room
air-conditioners, packaged air-conditioners, City Multi VRF systems and Jet Towels.
As of now, Mitsubishi Electric Air conditioners are available at more than 600 dealers
across India.

From a universal distribution channel Mitsubishi differs in a certain way- The manufacturing takes
place in Thailand and the containers are imported by 1 national importer through which further
Sub- Distributors and Brand showroom (Exclusive outlet or parallel to sub-distribution) acquire the
same whereas in general there is a distributor and then wholesaler for the same task. From the
above said channel partner it is then further distributed to Dealers which is equivalent to retailers in
the distribution channel where consumers comes in contact for purpose of buying.
