1. Teacher talk about the different races in Malaysia.
ACTIVITIES - the languages, the customs, traditions and festivals celebrated by different communities.
2. Pupils read the paragraphs silently.
3. Teacher asks ‘WH’ questions to check pupils’ comprehension.
4. Highlights the differences between customs and traditions of various races.
5. In groups of four, pupils stand in a line. Teacher read the questions. If the answer is True, pupils make a straight line. If
it is False, pupils make a zig zag line.
6. Pupils answer the comprehension questions.
7. In pairs, pupils match the words to their meanings in their worksheet.
8. Upon completion, teacher discusses the answers with pupils.
