TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CITI SPEED CASH – FREE SHELL FUEL PROMOTION

1. Citi Speed Cash (also known as Click for Cash) – Free Shell Gasoline Promotion (“Promo”) will run from May 15 to
August 15, 2019 (“Promo Period”).
Phase 1: May 15 – July 15
Phase 2: July 16 – Aug 15

2. The Promo is open to a pre-selected group of principal Citi Cardholders whose cards are issued by Citibank, N.A.
Philippine Branch (“Citi”), are active and in good credit standing, have available Relationship Limit or Account Credit
Limit, as applicable, and who are not prohibited under applicable Gifts, Anti-Bribery and Corruption laws, regulations,
and polices from participating in or qualifying for this Promo.

3. Incumbent government officials or employees, whether elected or appointed, corporate account and US persons (i.e.
a citizen or lawful resident, green card holder of the United States of America) are not eligible to participate in this
Promo.

4. An email and SMS will be sent to pre-selected Cardholders informing them that they are eligible for the Promo.

5. A pre-selected Cardholder who (a) avails of Speed Cash from any online channel such as Citibank Online, Citi Mobile
App or via the link sent through SMS or eDM and is approved for at least P100,000 within the Promo Period, and (b)
who uses his/her Citi credit card to purchase from Shell, will be entitled to a cash credit in the amount indicated in the
table below corresponding to the approved Speed Cash amount after 3 weeks from the time the Shell transaction is
posted to the same Citi credit card.

6. The pre-selected Cardholders will get an additional P1,000 cash credit if s/he avails of Speed Cash through the new
Citi Mobile App.

7. Below table shows the amount of the cash credit corresponding to the approved amount of the Citi Speed Cash
transaction.

8. A pre-selected Cardholder may qualify for the cash credit only once for the entire Promo Period, and shall only qualify
for the cash credit after using the Citi credit card for a Shell transaction.

9. To get the cash credit:


a. The qualified Cardholder will receive an SMS 3 weeks upon approval of Speed Cash informing them that
they are eligible for the promotion.
b. The qualified Cardholder must use his/her Citi credit card to pay for the Shell gas transaction until October
15, 2019.
c. After the use of the Citi credit card for a Shell fuel transaction from any Shell gas station, the corresponding
cash credit will be posted to the Citi credit card within 3 weeks.
d. The qualified Cardholders will be notified via SMS upon successfully crediting of the cash credit.

10. The Speed Cash amount that the pre-selected Cardholder may avail of will depend on the allowed Speed Cash
amount or the available Relationship Limit, whichever is lower.

11. The qualified Cardholder may redeem the cash credits until October 30, 2019.

12. The redemption process for the Gift will be as follows:

13. Qualified Cardholders will receive the cash credit corresponding to the approved Speed Cash amount regardless of
the Shell transaction amount. There is no minimum Shell transaction amount needed to be eligible for the cash credit.

14. The Promo is not valid in conjunction with other discounts, privileges, vouchers or any other promotions.

15. The cash credit is not convertible to cash or other goods and services from Shell.
16. In case a qualified Cardholder disputes the qualifying Citi Speed Cash transaction, which results in the reversal of the
transaction in part or in full, Citibank shall have the right to charge the cost of the cash credit to the Cardholder’s Citi
Card account.

17. In case of dispute in respect of the Cardholder’s eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfilment, etc., Citibank’s decision will
prevail.

18. Fraud, abuse or any unauthorized action relating to the credit card transaction, the redemption of the cash credit, or
the participation in the Promo may result in the disqualification of the pre-selected Cardholder from the Promo,
suspension or cancellation of Card privileges, or the charging of the full cost of the cash credit to the pre-selected
Cardholder’s Card account, at Citibank’s discretion. This shall be without prejudice to any legal action that may be
taken by Citibank.

19. The Terms and Conditions of the Speed Cash Facility and the Citi Card Agreement will continue to apply. The Terms
and Conditions of the Speed Cash Facility will be sent to the qualified Cardholder’s billing address once the Speed
Cash availment has been approved. The applicable terms and conditions and the complete Citi Card Agreement are
also available on www.citibank.com.ph.
