We, the undersigned, offer to provide the service of “Peer Review of the Damak View
Tower”. Our proposed amount for the service is the sum of NRs 4,20,000/- in words
Four Lakhs Twenty Thousands Only. This amount is exclusive of all the applicable
local taxes including VAT.

Attached is the PAN Certificate. The office is newly registered and do not have tax
certificate for the previous fiscal Year.
