To be able to be familiarize with the different research format
especially IEEE format.

The workshops is divided into two session, the morning session is sharing of research
experience with Ms. Arlene Caballero and Ms. Freida. The second part is the
workshop, where each faculty convert the full-paper into 5-pager format in IEEE.
The workshop provided to us are really worth to share especially for research
subjects. The activities that is highly recommended for sharing is the conversion of
the full-paper into 5-page format and at the same time the use of Mendeley to easily
compile and gather related literature.

Professional Reflection (e.g. Enhancement on Managing for Innovation; Customer-


driven Excellence; Social Responsibility; Valuing Workforce; Visionary leadership)

With this activity, the students will be able to hone their research skills and at the
same time develop their attitude to persevere in producing research. Making
research is valuable especially in the field of technology. In terms of organizational
learning, the College of Technology will be able to produce more research outputs.
One of the Mission of the school is to get involved in research especially a
community-based research outputs.
