This refers to the requirement of the Bachelor of Science in Civil engineering curriculum of Tarlac State
University for students to undergo an On-The-Job Training (OJT) for a minimum of 280 hours in any
company with Civil Engineering base.

In this regard, we would like to request that the following students may be accepted to undergo their
OJT in your company.

In this manner, they will have the opportunity to apply their theoretical knowledge in actual practice.

We believe that your company can provide the relevant exposure to future engineers, thus ensuring the
continuous supply of highly qualified personnel for Civil Engineering field and the industry.

We would highly appreciate whatever you could extend to them that would, in the long run, be both
