1. On or about 2:37 o’clock p.m., September 26, 2018, Duty OIC Security
Investigator SG Lee B. Pepito, 31 years old, residing at Brgy. DAS, Toledo City,
received a text message from a concerned friend relative to an alleged verbal
threat publicize on a Facebook Page “Toledo Political Forum” stating that “Tanang
taga COMREL ipang lubong tamo ug apil ka Vanne Uy ug Lee Pepito” of a certain
one (1) Chito Alferez, Married, residing at Brgy. Poog, Toledo City currently
elected as a barangay Councilor of aforesaid barangay.

2. Minutes later, I personally checked my cellphone and log-in on my


Facebook account to verify the said report thus confirmed the slanderous
statements/threat (pictures hereto attached).

3. Request Acknowledge Receipt.
