CURL-UPS

strength and endurance, which is important
in back support and stability

50 METERS SPRINT

- It is part of the International Physical


Fitness Test. The aim of this test is to
determine acceleration and speed

STANDING LONG JUMP

- It is also known as the standing broad


jump, It is an athletics event. It is one of
three standing variants of track and field
jumping events, which also include the
standing high jump and standing triple jump.
PLANKING

- It is also called a front hold, hover, or


abdominal bridge. It is an isometric core
strength exercise that involves maintaining
a position similar to a push-up for the
maximum possible time.

ZIPPER TEST

-It is to test the upper arm and shoulder girdle


flexibility intended to parallel the strength/
endurance assessment of the region.
