Present Continuous

What's the difference between the ​Present Simple / ​Present Continuous and how to use
them?
We use the ​present simple ​tense when we want to talk about fixed habits or routines –
things that don't change.

Ex.: ​I drink coffee every morning.


I don’t drink coffee every morning.
Do you drink coffee every morning?

You like to dance.


You don’t like to dance.
Do you like to dance?

She wants to study English.


She doesn’t want to study English.
Does she want to study English?

He walks to school.
He doesn’t walk to school.
Does he walk to school?

They play golf on the weekends.


They don’t play golf on the weekends.
Do they olay golf on the weekends?

We wake up at 7.
We don’t wake up at 7.
Do we wake up at 7?

We use the ​present continuous to talk about actions which are happening at the ​present
moment, but will soon finish.

I’m working right now.


I’m not working right now.
