Hi Kapil sir,

I Madhusmita Panditroy, doing internship in Alkem since 12th July 2019 request you to
give me my project contents.

As my interest lies in Recruitment and selection process of this company where there is
more scope for my skill development. This would help me to build a better carrier.

I’m glad to have been a part of Alkem Laborotory in which I got a chance to do
internship and learn many things as a intern, I have selected my project named
“RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION PROCESS OF ALKEM LABOROTORIES” which
gives me knowledge how a new candidate could be recruited in such a way that
he/she would be fitted for the right kind of career.
