II. Call to Order


Mrs. Ma. Lourdes Saquing , Community Instructors called the meeting at 7:40 AM.

III. Opening Prayer

The day was started with a prayer led by Ms. Danille Innah Ramos, BSN-4 Student.

IV.Agenda

A. Preconference
 Ms. Danielle Innah Ramos, Team Leader, discussed the activities to be accomplished in the
community area like DBHS and case finding.
 Mrs. Ma. Lourdes Saquing remind the group for the upcoming BEC.
B. Activities
 The students nurses went to their assigned household area to delivered basic health
services.
 The student nurses also discussed to the group the possible topic on their BEC. The
possible topic suggested by the team leader was 10 commandments, were all of us
agreed on to it. Mrs. Ma. Lourdes Saquing elaborate to us the important things that we
should include in our topic.
C. Post-Conference
 The student nurses finalized their topic for their upcoming BEC and were also able to
distribute the task for each group members.
 Mrs. Ma. Lourdes Saquing also reminded the group on things to be done on the next duty.
D. Adjournment
The presider called for adjournment at 4:00 P.M.
