This document contains a 31-item self-assessment exercise to measure levels of stress. Respondents indicate how often each statement applies to them on a scale of 1 to 4. Higher total scores indicate higher stress levels, with 32-64 being very well managed stress, 65-95 being a reasonably safe level but some areas for improvement, and 96-128 being too high stress requiring new stress reduction strategies. The assessment addresses sources of stress like work pressure, criticism, time management, and work-life balance.
