PTA Resolution No. 1 S, 2018

Resolution Requesting for the purchase of Water Despenser and Divan for the classroom
of Grade 12 Section Maka-Diyos in Lananpin National High School.
Whereas, the classroom of Grade 12 Section Maka-Diyos is in need of a
Water Dispenser and Divan.
Whereas, Water Dispenser and divan are needed in the classroom intended
for the students of Grade 12 Section Maka-Diyos for a more conducive
environment learning purpose.
Whereas, the Water Dispenser and Divan will cost around (P4000) Four
Thousand Philippine Pesos.
Now, therefore, on motion of MS. BRENDA TABUNDA the classroom
PTA President, duly seconded by JUANITA DE GUZMAN, the classroom PTA
Vice President, BE IT:
RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that this body now in session, agrees to
contribute the amount of Two Hundred (200) Philippine Pesos to purchase of the said Water
Dispenser and Divan.
FURTHER RESOLVED that the decision to contribute the above-mentioned amount is of
the free will of the members and offices of the classroom PTA of Grade 12 Section Maka-Diyos.
I HEREBY CERTIFY to the correctness of the above quoted resolution.
