Reminders

1. For smooth processing of enrollment, enrollees should observe strictly the schedule below.

2. Venue for enrollment is at the PLM University Activity Center (UAC).

3. Students wishing to enroll outside the assigned enrollment schedule will be accommodated
only from 4:00pm – 5:00pm during these enrollment dates.

4. Students that confirmed online but failed to show up and enroll on the scheduled date will
automatically forfeit their assigned slot.
