1.0 Objective
The Employee Referral Program is an incentive scheme used to encourage internal employees to
recommend people in their professional network for the selected vacancies. For every successful
referral that results in placement, an incentive will be paid to the referrer after the candidate’s
successful passing through probation period.

This Employee Referral Program applies to all the full-time employees within Softline International
except the following:
a. HR Employee & Management (HR, VP-ASIA, CFO-ASIA, Sales Director, Managing Director,
Services Manager, Sales Lead/Sales Manager)
b. Any employee who participates in the interview process or takes hiring decision for a referred
candidate
c. Employee referring a candidate that has previously been identified by a hiring manager or HR

7.2 All incentive award will be paid directly to employee account number via payroll cycle or
claim reimbursement cycle according to the respective country.
7.3 In case two employees refer the same candidate, only the first referrer will be eligible to
the incentive award.
7.4 The Company reserves the right to vary, modify, annul or withdraw any of the provisions
contained herein.
7.5 The Company may, from time to time, review and update this policy due to new or amended
laws, new technology and/or changes of our business operations.
