BIRTHDAY PACKAGE

EVENT PLANNING & COORDINATION

All details will be covered, from assistance in choosing suppliers, personal budget planning
and supervision of the preparation and reception. Package is entitled to pre-event meetings
with suppliers, limitless consultations through text messages, call and/or e-mail. Our task
includes more or less the following:
 Assist in selection of reliable and professional suppliers
 Work on a timeframe for the months preceding the big day
 Set up supplier deadlines, arrivals and agreements
 Attend supplier meetings
 Ocular inspection of the hotel or preparation area and reception
 Coordination of Roles
 Conceptualization of reception program
 Ensure all needed supplies in the reception are complete
 Help in the preparation of guest seat plan
 Coordination of guests’ registration during reception
 Supervision of all activities in the reception venue
 Ushering guests to their seats
 Distribution of souvenirs
 Signing of guest book or signature frame
 Turnover of supplier payments
 Event wrap up (turnover of gifts, receipts and other things)
