NOTICE INVITING FINANCIAL BIDS FOR SALE OF RICE TO BULK


CONSUMERS/TRADERS UNDER OMSS (D) – BULK THROUGH E-AUCTION

Financial bids are invited for A u g u s t 2 0 1 9 from the technically qualified bulk
consumers/traders empanelled with Food Corporation of India/ valuejunction (till 2 0 . 0 8 . 2 0 1 9 )
for sale of rice Grade “A” through e-auction under OMSS(D). The reserve price of rice for sale
is Rs.2785/- (Rupees Two Thousand Seven Hundred and Eighty Five only) per quintal plus
rail/road freight and others applicable taxes/ statutory charges/levies etc, if any.

Further, empanelment is an ongoing and continuous process and interested eligible


Buyers/Traders of rice may get their firms empanelled with FCI R O D e h r a d u n through
valuejunction/fci by contacting the Help Desk of valuejunction/fci on Toll Free No. 1800-102-7136
and participate in weekly tenders. However, existing empanelled bulk consumers/traders who
have already been issued User-ID and password may directly participate in the E-Auction.
Parties empanelled in other State/UT can also participate in the E-Auction of Uttarakhand Region.

State Governments/UT Administration have also been allowed to participate in the E -


Auctions as a single unit in case there is requirement outside TPDS & OWS. State government
may register for e-auction with valuejunction/fci through FCI Regional Office Dehradun and obtain
the user id and password on deposit of the prescribed fee.

For further details about cost of EMD, depot-wise sale price, quantity offered and
other terms & conditions all the participants are requested to go through the MTF thoroughly. A
copy of MTF and OMSS (D) guidelines are available on FCI’s website http://www.
